This policy explains what personal information Frozi (“we”, “us”) collects through frozi.pk, why we collect it and how we look after it. By using this website you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, mobile number, delivery address and location, the items you order, payment method and any note you add.
- Franchise inquiries: your name, city, email, phone number, preferred location type and your message.
- Chat and WhatsApp: when you tap a chat button we record the page, time and approximate city or country, so we know which pages people use. Conversations on WhatsApp are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and basic browser information to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent spam or abuse.
How we use it
- To prepare, deliver and confirm your order, and contact you about it.
- To reply to franchise inquiries and questions.
- To keep the website secure, stop spam and improve our menu and service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Cookies and tracking
frozi.pk does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run Frozi: our website host (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider (Resend) that sends order and inquiry notifications to our team, and the people who deliver your order, who receive only what they need to do so. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and inquiry records only as long as we need them to serve you, handle complaints and meet legal or accounting requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 316 4442580.
Children
Our website is meant for adults placing orders. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
